We are now accepting applications. All Submissions must be sent in my April 1st, 2021
Participate in this year’s festival by carving a woodblock! ARTSPACE will host three Open Studio days (dates T.B.A.) leading up to the festival to provide access to our studio. We encourage artists of all skill levels to enter!
Requirements:
Festival date: April 24, 2021
Minimum block size: 2’x2’, maximum block size: 4’x8’, common block size: 2’x4’
1/2” thick MDF blocks ONLY. From any hardware store. 3/4” will not be accepted.
Artists are asked to bring their own paper/fabric to fit their block. Make sure you do not have a border larger than 6 inches on your paper or fabric.
Artists are required to fill the form above and reserve a time to print the day of the festival. Blocks must be dropped off on Saturday by 10 am, then you may return for you reserved printing time. ARTSPACE will not store blocks. Artists are encouraged to volunteer as printers. If you are interested in printing an edition of 6 on rag paper for a fee of $350 after the festival, contact AnnaVittoria at press@1ne3.org to set up an appointment.
All prints must be for sale on the day of the festival. All prints will be hung up to dry and displayed during the festival with an opportunity to be ordered on paper. Prints must remain on the wall until 6:00 PM so that ARTSPACE can take the maximum amount of paper orders. Artwork printed the day of the festival will be sold with a 50% commission and artists will be paid within two weeks.
$20 participation fee up to 2’x4’ or $40 larger than 2’x4’ is due at time of application to cover paper & ink costs. One entry fee per block please.

All types of artists, makers and creators are encouraged to apply. We are interested in vendors selling: ceramics, jewelry, books, sculpture, prints, cards, paintings, clothing, toys, etc. ARTSPACE is committed to supporting local, Oklahoma artists through this festival and this vendor opportunity.

Vendors keep 100% of art sales!
If your application is accepted, the vendor fee is $100. The vendor is responsible for: setting up and supplying tent and all other display materials such as tables, chairs, etc.
Vendors may rent a 10’x10’ overhead tent from ARTSPACE for $100 each in addition to the vendor fee. Tents may also be shared with another artist, if desired.
Vendors may begin setting up at 8 a.m. and must have tent and products out by 9 a.m. and remain open until 6 p.m. the day of the festival
