The Press at Untitled, Oklahoma City's premier print studio, offers a series of demonstrations, classes, and workshops in an array of printmaking and artistic disciplines.
Workshops are taught by local and visiting artists which includes monoprints, lithography, etching, relief, paper engineering, serigraphy, fiber arts and the book arts. We provide the local community opportunities to explore artistic expression in a creative and collaborative workspace.
Please note: If you cannot attend a workshop, you must cancel 1 week in advance. We are unable to offer refunds after this time frame.
Join us on Saturday, November 3rd, from 1-4 PM for a silk scarf marbling workshop with Adrienne Day! Produce patterns like smooth marble or other kinds of stone on wearable scarves. Participants will have the opportunity to produce two pieces: a small square scarf and a longer rectangular scarf.
Join us on Saturday & Sunday, November 10th & 11th from 10am-4pm for an advanced quilting design workshop about visual thinking with local fiber artist and former Artspace Artist in Residence Sarah Atlee! Each participant will explore the Deep Deuce neighborhood, take a photo of something interesting, and turn that into a completely unique 24x24" wall-hanging quilt.
Join us on Saturday, November 17th, from 1-4 PM for a holiday card making workshop with our Fall Artist in Residence Allie D. Caesar! Carve your own woodblock image for the front of your set of cards while learning the art of the letterpress as you print a festive message on the inside. Come and get in the holiday spirit with us at Artspace at Untitled as we celebrate the season of giving and cherishing those we love! This class is open to all ages and all skill levels.
