STEAMROLLER FESTIVAL RESCHEDULED TO MAY 11
Dear Artist,
Registration for the 2024 Steamroller Print Festival is closed. If you are interested in participating in other ways we have several opportunities on our volunteer registration page. We hope to see you at the festival!
What to anticipate on the festival day:
We encourage all artists to participate, engaging with visitors to discuss their prints and connect with fellow artists. Aside from collecting your unsold prints and blocks at the festival's conclusion, no further obligations are expected. However, your assistance would be greatly appreciated if you volunteer!
BASIC INFORMATION:
Provide your full name, payment name if different, email, social media handle (if you'd like to share it), address, and phone number. Include any special notes if necessary.
Fill out a W-9 form and attach it to your submission. Please ensure all details are accurate

PRINTING:
We are accepting a maximum of 60 artists for the Steamroller Festival.
Each Artist must pay a $100 entry fee.
Carve on 1/2 inch thick MDF only. Choose from two sizes: 2 feet by 2 feet or 2 feet by 4 feet. Blocks will be printed with black ink on muslin fabric.
Select your preferred 1.5-hour slot to print with ARTSPACE staff in the studio. You'll be creating 5 prints during this time.
If you wish to print more, you can opt for an extra 1.5-hour slot for an additional $100. An artist can select up to 2 time slots max.
Set your prints for sale at a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $300 in $50 increments.
All prints will be for sale at the festival. You keep 50%, and 50% goes to ARTSPACE for the Mentorship Program. Unsold prints will be returned to you after the festival.
If your block reaches over three sales, it will be printed using the steamroller during the festival.
PICK-UP DETAILS:
Choose your preferred pick-up time
Saturday, May 11th, between 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday, May 18th, 10:00am - 6:00pm
Choose a convenient time to retrieve your woodblock and any unsold prints.
ARTSPACE is not responsible for blocks left after the chosen pick-up date (blocks and prints will be discarded after May 25th).
